"Bathroom" question

Hello! I'm on day 10 and have been pretty strict. 5B for lunch, 5B for dinner with water in between meals. I allow myself one stevia sweetened iced tea per day (0 calories). I eat mostly protein and carbs with an occasional bite of a Snickers bar. I have had diarrhea about twice a day since early on, and it comes on quickly... can't get to the bathroom fast enough. Any tips for getting rid of this? It's getting really annoying, and sometimes makes it difficult to leave the house.
Someone on the Facebook page suggested magnesium, but I've read that that can CAUSE diarrhea. Help, please!

i did not realize there was a facebook page.

Anyway, i was having a similar issue...then I stopped having the coffee and my issue stopped.  I am not saying that is the cause but it was my issue.

i'm actually having the opposite effect...i think that is holding me back from actually losing the lbs
