Girl, you rock. After reading where you started my admiration for your will power has multiplied. This is a lot of
time you have been on this diet.
If you don't mind me asking. Has it improved your blood test for cholesterol and the like also or are you one of the lucky ones that don't have any problems with it? If you don't want to say that's okay too. I mean you don't know me and this is a public forum.
Anyway, I am rooting for you. Keep it up. I am with you with leaving the weight in 2014. I just have to get this done earlier. My next blood test is in October, and if I don't get my cholesterol ( weight ) down I am on statins.
Lord help me.
I talk to much. sorry.

I love Spagetti but don't dare eating them right now. I could not stop after only 5 bites.
You are being so good. You know that makes it easier for me.

I would have a hard time eating anything with a utensil right now. I seem to do better taking actual bites of something. Sounds weird, but it's working. Great job Buffy! Let's keep going!

Thanks, I found it. Unfortunately I can not join. It would show up on my Facebook and I have a hard enough time already defending why I eat so little.
