Been busy but here's my update and I get fed up on this diet and I'd like to eat but I don't and I get depressed but I'm hanging in there!  bounce 
Yesterday 8-06-14
Breakfast= water & multivitamin
Lunch= 5 bite hambrger chips inside & water
Dinner= 5 bites cat fish & roll with diet coke & water

reset my hunger stat today!!!!!!!

I had to reset my hunger stat I needed more control and also its a pick me up because i was feeling down the last week.now I'm feeling great ! bounce  Very Happy 
Today
Breakfast= water & multivitamin

Dinner= 5 bites of weight W panini w/ a few chips on top & water with a coke zero

Breakfast= water multivitamin
Lunch= 5 bites of weight watchers panini open faced w/ a few chips on top water & coke zero
Dinner=5 bites of weight watchers panini open faced w/ a few chips on top water & coke zero. the reason I'm eating the same thing over again is because I'm resetting my hunger stat it is suppose to reset after three days of the same volume of food.
Walked 30 mins  Very Happy

Danni I'm tempted to get on the scale lol but when I first started the diet I got on the scale I didn't really lose anything the first week I was losing inchs so I decided not to let that discourage me from my weight goal so I had decided to weigh myself at first once a Month then the first month passed by and I said ok I'm  not weighing yet. Than  I was around a scale in July and I weighed myself and I had lost 61pounds. so I said to myself every two months would be my weigh in I just don't won't to have the stress of that scale weekly breathing down my neck and thanks Danni for the strong complaint it's really stressful sometimes especially when I have my husband and likes to cook for but I'm hanging in there  Very Happy  bounce
