Day 5- ugh

today is a hunger day. I'm pretty sure it's because I didn't work out today due to a office meeting, & a swollen sore ankle.
I tried to stretch my overnight fasting time by an hour, and barely made it, my blood sugar was dropping fast!
so I had a little too many bites,- 8- so, I'll have to make up tonight. at least it was mostly protein.

You are still doing a great jon Annna! There are definitely days when i feel hungrier than others- hang in there- protein for sure makes a difference!
