My 3rd day! :(

Okay here goes:

B:Yesterday had my coffee with a tsp. of milk. and splenda.
L:  (5) bites of Chicken nuggets (all white meat)
D:  I BLEW IT!!!  WAS HUNGRY!  I had Salmon, green bean and a baked potato.

SW:  230
last night: 228.8

I am not giving up.  Glad I have lost what I did so far!  Any idea on any good appetite suppressants?  I get hungry by dinner.  I work in construction.  I move around a lot.  I drank all my water and coffee and a (0) calorie powerade.  I walked 2-1/4 miles also during my lunch break.  


Today:

B:   Coffee and a banana.  I am not going to make lunch at all today, so busy.  So had my (5) bites this morning.  Feel very full from the banana and it was just (5) bites.  Think my stomach is starting to shrink.  I had a hard time finishing my dinner last night.  Next time will stop when I feel I have had enough or know I can just do the (5) bites.  I heard someone suggest hot tea!  I shall try that if I start feeling hungry at lunch.
