Ocean's Journal!

I've been trying to lose weight for years and the lowest I've been in 3 or 4 years is 170. Sad
I just want to feel better about myself, so I'm trying the 5BD.

I actually have been doing the 5BD for a week, and I've already lost 10 pounds! Very Happy

Great job! I finally weighed this morning after 4 days on the diet and have lost 11 pounds! This truly works! Keep it up - I finally feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Today was pretty okay I skipped lunch and ate dinner. I was definitely over 5 bites but I was out with my friends so I wasn't as strict. No big deal!

D: One chicken tender and a small fry.

Not too shabby!

L: Had 5 small donut holes

D: A small slice of pizza.

Took my multivitamin, some Inositol for my PCOS, a B vitamin, Rasberry Keytones, and Garcinia Cambogia for an appetite suppressant.

Also drank my 8 glasses of water.

Jogged for 2 miles and did some strength training. Smile

Somehow ended up at 189 today. I'm not too stressed about it though.

L: five bites of pizza
D: five bites of grilled cheese

Took vitamins, jogged, and did some yoga. Didn't drink much water today. Sad
