so i just had dinner.

today wasnt the five bite thing, but it was a definite step forward.

i had my daily shake, and lots of veggies (salad, and steamed broccolli and cauliflower) and a small piece of seared tuna. im estimating the total calories to be around 800. its now almost 6 and i have to go for a walk. i plan on going to bed shortly after i finish up with my homework. if i get hungry i will pop some gum. =) i tried to nibble a bit all day, i recently learned i have some hypoglycemia tendency- my doctor is looking into that and i will know more on wednesday.

small steps. progress.


ps- the shake i have to take (and will be taking more than once a day starting this week) is called clearvite. more information is available on google. it has protein and acidophilus and vitamins and fiber. hopefully it helps me out.

crap.

last night was fine until about 9 pm.

my stomach got really upset feeling.
so i ate.


i dont think i went over 1700.

but still. tomorrow was supposed to be day 1. not today.

i need something to do. to plan on doing tonight. instead of eating.

maybe ill take some tylenol pm with my dinner so im asleep so i CANT eat.

it's good to see you dealing with it all so well! proud of you!

Check out the Check in Page... Like tea said we are all off to a rock start since we have been off it for so long!

We need the kick start (hence the 2x8bites a day thing for the first week!)

SO!

im about to go to the doctor this afternoon- see if the results from my tests are in.

ive been on the clearvite thing for two weeks. i went from 132 to 126.8 and stayed there. which really surprises me, cuz i was drinking the shake three times a day and eating a lot of meat lol


anyway, i can eat what i want now with exception of gluten and dairy (which i may be allergic too)

this is ironic cuz i just started working at yogurtland...


i should be okay though.

ill update with my plans for this week and any results i have about the gluten thing later tonight!
