My first day on the 5 bite diet.

Yesterday was my first day and I did well enough.
SW: 141 pounds
CW: 140 "
GW: 120 "
By june*
Can't skip breakfast.
Had fruit sallad.
5 bites for lunch.
5 bites for dinner
And had great tea ... stayed full throughout the day.
I'm really loving this.

I started the 5 bite diet...

I started the 5 bite diet Yesterday. CW is 237.2 and GW is 125. I started my diet journey 2 years ago in May. I lost 35, but in the last month have gained back 10. I have fasted before and like it very much. I figure this is much like that. Looking forward to getting things under control.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who can't skip breakfast! How much fruit salad? 5 bites?

I drank coffee with coffee whitener and 3 bites of a protein bar for breakfast
lunch 5 bites of beef and pasta and around 4pm celery and for supper 8bites lasagna.
height 5.4
CW; 225lbs
GW; 150lbs
First would like to loose 35 lbs =190
Then another 20 lbs=170
then another 20lbs=150
