My attempt ..

Post  UKCityGent on Mon Dec 02, 2013 6:47 pm

Hi all

New to the board - but have been lurking for the past week or so when i read up about 5 bite diet.

Im a 105kg ex rugby player now lookin to reduce my tummy a tad !

Im from the UK (if you hadnt noticed the accent Very Happy)

Ive started the 5 bite diet in a "loose" sense

I use a HIIT timer which has a minute to chew my food, and try to eat 3 meals - so trying to stay below 20 bites a day ..

Im going to start a journal and try and update it daily

My aim isnt to weigh myself weekly but just use my trousers and clothes to monitor my progress

Welcome!!!!!!!!!

Good plan! I started out with 80 bites and went to around 33 average per day. Some days are 18.

What is the HIIT timer? Ok, I see it is an iphone app? I use Eat SLower pro. The free one is Eat SLower, it times the bites to whatever you want!

Thanks for the warm welcome.

herbsgirl - the reason why i wanted to use the HIIT was to count and time the bites (and too cheap to buy a 99p app!)

the only bad thing with the hiit timer is that it doesnt count the number of bites in a day

Im still searching for a free andriod tool
