184.0 this morning. I can feel where that 0.2 pounds that I gained are - need to eliminate badly...hoping that happens sometime really soon!

Yesterday:
B: hot chocolate
L: 5 bites sushi
S: smoothie
D: 2 bites meatballs, 3 bites sushi


I think when my chocolate supply is all gone, I'm going to have to quit with the dairy; it stuffs my sinuses all up and it is not feeling great right now.

I know a good way to help you flush.. 1 tsp Epsom salts in 1 glass of apple juice. Its a bit sour but within a hour to two you will get it all out. It works a charm for me... I wish you a wonderful day.. no worries on the mini gain.. you are doing fab!

Thanks for the info on Epsom salts - I will have to try that!

Holding steady at 184 this morning.

Yesterday:
B: hot chocolate
L: 2 bites pizza, 3 bites burrito (I just couldn't decide which to have!)
S: smoothie
D: 4 bites meatballs, 1 bite guacamole

I had a cup of ginger tea with some fiber supplement last night. The fiber supplement sets off my IBS, but it did move things a bit this morning. Feeling less impacted! Smile

I also remember another good help.. When I was on a low carb diet.. eeek.. lol. Any ways.. when I was on the nuts and seeds rung I noticed that eating almonds.. just few caused an overnight help.. It surprised me as on this diet I was always backed up. Great that all is getting better.

I think I am having PMS cravings today.  According to my calendar, I should have started my period a couple days ago, but I am so unpredictable these days, that I never know if I am getting ready to start, just skipping it this month, or having some sort of bizarre hormonal fluctuation! Smile

I kept wanting to binge, but my stomach is so used to tiny portions already, that it was physically painful.  My "binge" ended up being 5 small meatballs.  I can live with that!

B: hot chocolate
L: 5 bites stuffing, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, gravy (my students made a thanksgiving meal today)
S: (this was my binge) 5 meatballs
D: 5 bites meatballs and crackers

You did very good, Katya. At least you have a good reason: PMS. For me it's like I'm having PMS almost every day. lol!

I am wanting to get my Period back, but dreading the weight flucations with it! I just weaned from the breast pump, so hopefully I will get Aunt Flo soon!

Don't even ask about yesterday! Shocked 

I am blaming it on hormonal fluctuations, although I realize I am the one who decided to not follow my plan. I ate waaaayyyy too much. Again, probably less than pre-5 bites, but I was not following my plan. Oh well, back on track this morning. I think I am going to replace my hot chocolate with 5 bites of something solid in the morning and see what that does. I'm really getting burned out on hot chocolate and don't like the way it makes me feel. I have a fairly severe reaction to caffeine, and I think I am getting too much with the chocolate - it makes me feel dizzy and light headed.

That's ok, Kayta, just push Restart. It happens to all of us, none of us are perfect! I am also sensitive to caffeine, but I like my chocolate bars!

If you two have problems with caffeine in chocolate I have an idea for you. Purchase European choc. Laws govern it and it can not have caffeine in it.

Katya - love we are the same .. good and bad days.. I have found I lose hair fast when I am eating 5 bites.. but when eating small portions but a bit more calories has stopped that. bounce

Thanks for the chocolate idea.

I had not thought about hairloss - I've heard of other people experiencing that. Not a look I really want. I've actually been thinking about trying the ramekin idea when I am at home.

I did not weigh today. As it turns out, I've been getting sick. Not feeling great today. I was not feeling well when I got home yesterday, so I just had broth for dinner, but, of course, the onions and garlic in the broth aggravated my IBS and I blew up like a puffer fish. I'm having intestinal issues this morning. Some day, I just can't win. Sorry, I don't mean to sound whiny (eventhough I am Wink ).

The plan for this morning is lots of peppermint tea. I'll see what I feel like when lunch time comes round.

I took a shower this morning and had a handful come out.. uuugh.. my system is so off.. lol

The ramekin are so great as you really do not have to think.. here is a link that shows a great weight loss blog.. its only a 6 day blog but it shows how well it works.

Oh, my, what a few days I've had! It started out with getting sick. So, I didn't eat much, because, well, I was sick. Then, when I felt better, of course I felt I could eat more, because I'd eaten almost nothing for a couple of days before that. Let's just leave it with...more has a way of turning into WAY more!

Today has been an awesome day so far. Didn't want to weigh after the past few days - I'll tackle that tomorrow morning.

B: peppermint tea
L: 5 bites tamale
S: smoothie - I added a small handful of almonds (that really improved the flavor/texture)
D: I plan to cook a spaghetti squash and have 5 bites of that.

82 days until vacation - time to be really serious about this!
