I just wanted to ask you does having breakfast in the morning affect you overall weight loss for the week from what you have seen??? i'm still tossing up whether to have 10 or 15 bites a day... help lol

Umm, I lose quite a bit less when I eat brerakfast so I shouldn't but I was very hungry, I think I am going to skip the breakfast today though.
