Seeing these days tick up is very motivating.

Day Sixteen
Meal One: Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel, Hash browns, OJ, Coffee (1400 calories)
Meal Two: Chicken wings (240 calories)
Average Daily Calories: 903

I'm going to to go back and figure out what I weighed on your day 1 and at the end of the 100 days we can compare. Your 100 days end in October....my anniversary is in October and it would be awesome to look good for that! Suspect Suspect Suspect

Oh, no that won't work b/c I had already started...how about 100 days vegan vs. 100 days of the card plan. I believe you started on July 1st and will end on Oct. 8th. Correct me if I'm wrong. I started vegan on June 18th at 206.1. So, my 100 days would be up on Sept. 25th....but of course I'm going to keep on going. So it will be interesting to see how it works out.

I still say keep good records b/c you should definitely write a book about your plan! I'm sooooooo excited for you to see how it works out! I know your results will be fabulous and I think your key is have some larger calorie meals so your body/mind doesn't think it's starving. You've got a great plan going and it seems like you are sticking with it very well! bounce bounce bounce

Meal Two: Apple (100 calories)

Day Eighteen
Meal One: Apple (100 calories)
Meal Two: Salad (160 calories)

Average Daily Calories: 831


Two very low calorie days in a row, but that was to be expected after a lot of high-calorie cards came out in the previous week.

Only 5 months left in the year, which is probably long enough for all of us to reach our goals if we're committed. Let's make 2014 the year where we have no idea what our new year's resolution will be.

Thanks, EB, I definitely feel like I'm approaching my goal at a good rate.

This is going to be my last post for about 10 days. I'm going traveling and meeting up with family. While I won't be continuing my diet during this time, I won't be sabotaging it either. And I'll be picking back up as soon as I return. In fact I'm already looking forward to getting back on the horse and going full-out until Halloween.

I'm back from my vacation. going to start back up with Day 24 tomorrow.

No serious damage done diet-wise while I was away, but looking foward to getting back on track nonetheless.

Every day that "average daily calories" number is dropping. I haven't drawn a "free meal" (1400 calories) card in a long time, that's why.

Damn, I just realized the perfect name for this diet would have been "Deal a Meal" if that hadn't been taken.
