Yay.. you can do it.. I lost 8lb in 10 days with a few cheats.. so it could have been a 10 for sure.... So in two weeks perfect on the diet 20lbs is a real possibility.. get busy girl! lol.. yay

Ok.. at 2 weeks I lost 8 lbs and regained two with TOM.. but I also had a cheat all day yesterday.. so I might have now really gained those two lbs.. eeek.. lol

As my posts are getting so long they are going to start off from week 2 on.

Day 16 - 200.9 so like 201 lol.. eeeeh . I can taste 199 eeeeh

starting to work out.. inspired from Mommie..

So 7 lunges, 7 dips, 7 girl pushups, 7 standing crunches, 7 sqauts and finally I filled to 4 ltr jugs with water .. they are my bar bells.. lol... who needs a gym..lol
No cardio though.. that make me dizzy .. so all muscle work.

Elle im very proud of you for your work out.. awesome.

So thats a 1.6lb loss not to shabby.

Exercised 30 mins on treadmill 10 mins elliptical and 10 mins stairs. Then I stretched in the sauna it was so relaxing

Its because of the weight training you have been doing. Since you have started an exercise routine you might notice that the scale won't tell you what you like to see since it will cause false weight to show up. I hope no one minds if I join in. I know I haven't exactly been good at keeping up with doing a journal and updating but I've finally decided that I want to be serious about this. I miss my old clothes and I miss feeling good about how I look and so even if it makes me seem vain, I really, really want to look good in skinnier clothes. I don't want to lose a ton of weight, hell I'd love to even be back in the 140s. So by the end of summer, I would like to get there, to the 140s. I don't quite know what number but we'll see when I get there.

SW: 200? (I didn't weigh myself this morning)
GW 1: 162 lbs
UGW: 140s

Omg, Day 1, was SO hard for me. My mind always wants to sabotage me and make me believe that I can't do this. I always believe it too, I even became so emotional and cried, just because I couldn't eat more food out of all things. Well that and I was frustrated that I allowed myself to get this way, but I'm glad I didn't just give in and eat. So heres to continuing to truck on.

I know how you are feeling..You can help yourself by eating low carb when you have to cheat a bit.. almonds are low in carbs as are all meats.. even a good pc of cheese can fill you up and has little to no impact on blood sugar.. no sugar rise no fat storage Very Happy Take care sunny
