baby shower

so i have my sister's baby show in 20 days and would really like to drop about 15 lbs at least. so much family and friends will be there and i want to look great and feel confident. i never feel good about my self because i am so fat. i need to do this.
i did not diet today but i am starting tomorrow. i will post my meals and weight. i really need this. lord plzzzzz help meee get down that scale

What is your weight now & what are you trying to get down to for the shower? I think it's smart to work towards smaller goals along the way. You're doing great!

The diet is pretty tuff sometimes because "Life happens." I have had a lot of starts..fails..and starts..but 2 months ago I was 175 this morning I was 159. The diet works better than anything else I have found. Other people seem to help me lose focus by saying "you don't need to be on a diet." My BMI is at 22.2 now but the Dr. says it needs to be below 19. That is where I am headed. It is like anything else... a work in progress. Don't be too hard on yourself. You are at least learning and working to take care of your health. I see a lot of other people who don't even care. I have had a lot of success by drinking unsweet tea in the morning eating half a sandwich at lunch and the other half at supper. Experiment and find out what works best for you. Good luck. You can't beat yourself up on this diet!!!!! Just keep on going and focus on your successes. I forgot...did you read the book?
