so Sunday night at dinner I didn't stop at five bites but I did stop before I went on for full on binge I hopped right back on plan Monday 5 n 5 but I was so busy I wasn't able to hop on here but I'll be back to post my weights later today and what I ate yesterday stay focused

L 5B New boneless chicken from KFC Dark Meat
D Same But The WhiteMeat
I really regret going off plan on Sunday even though it was only one meal I only had to make a few more hours and id be going to bed anyway then the weekend would have been 100 percent success and its been awhile since I've made it through weekend staying on plan it's behind me nowand I need to focus on staying on plan now is always so hard after you fell off yesterday was difficult hopefully today is easierdifficult or not I'm staying on plan

You are doing great.. wow.. a whole weekend on plan is such a success.. one meal is not bad at all.. but I get how hard it is going back on plan after a meal!!! You are really doing great!!! Cool

Well Snow White I'm berley Ahed Of Ya Today I Way 189.8 And I Went Out Of Town For Work Today And Im Staying Over Night And The Company Pays For A Room And Food I Havent Went Off PlanYet But Im In The Room Thinking About It Its Difficult When You Can Have Anything You Whant No Cost To You And Your Away Frum Home And Work Frinds Will Tease Me It I Dont Have A Food Receite

I'm having a real problem breaking into the 180s...it's like my body is trying accept that this is how much I'm supposed to weigh...not happy about this. I have not been 100% on plan...been doing 5 bites for lunch and regular dinner...still too much food to lose weight.

Are you still around 189?
