dmacs push to 150

Today I'm starting a new Journal I did the other so long and I'm 200lbs today losing 50lbs to get to 150lbs so it seem like a good time to start a new one
L Milky Way
D is going to be a Snickers
My new saying is today not tomorrow or TNT because when I go off plan I think I'll just start fresh tomorrow then that leads to the next day then sometimes the next day and so on . and sometimes worrying about tomorrow can mess up today so its TNT for me I'm still going to make long term plans with the diet but try to not go off plan today for something tomorrow

aw man, I am pushing to 150 too but that is a long term plan. Now I am just pushing to 260 lol.

I love that you started a new journal and I like TNT. That is what I love about this diet. It's only a few bites to getting back on the wagon. I am excited to watch your new journey.

Thanks for all the encouragement I really appreciate it today I'm 194 down 6 and I had a Snickers for lunch and a milky way for dinner stay focused TNT Very Happy

Today I've been very busy work was busy and every free minute I got I was trying to help my daughter find a used vehicle I'm just stopping by fast but I've been reading everyone's posts you're all doing great keep it up

Thanks snow white I should have went to bed when I got home girl scout cookies had come and I fell to those dam Samoa cookies but I didn't go in to full on binge but did eat more than II should have but I stopped myself got my focus back and I'm on plan today Very Happy TNT

I need to get thru a weekend staying on plan 100% just to prove to myself I still can .this last weekend I did good all day and slip up in the evening but not real bad just not 100% for sure and I managed to get right back on plan each time by keeping TNT in mind

I know what you mean.. gosh the nights get me too.. I can push through breakfast.. hungry but can handle it.. but by dinner.. eeeek...lol Does eating the chocolate bars help you stay better focused and do they keep you satisfied? I have to also have at least 1 cup of coffee with half and half or 1 cup a tea with half and half a day.. just a little .. but I have to have it..lol

I can't handle the candy, but I'm just not much of a sweet eater...it has to be something I really like if I do eat sweets. I'm more of a salty eater....so like I just can't go to the movies while on this diet b/c I want to eat a whole tub of buttered popcorn!

Good to read that you were able to rein in your eating before you spiraled into a binge.
If I had learned that years ago I wouldn't be this weight now. Sad

I find it amazing you can do the Choc bars for a meal. I have 10 snickers ready to eat, but I'm scared if I eat one it will turn on my carb monster

Thanks ladies I am having a good 5 bite day today yesterday was not good started good then I binged badly in the evening but I'm back in control today TNT
The Snickers are good because they are a perfect five bites and when your dun you know your dun and you have dun it perfectly so it keeps your mind right and thats a big part of this diet and they satisfy very well the best I've ever felt is after doing snickers for a while if you haven't tryed it i would try it for at least for days its very exact and perfect so its very satisfying give it a try Very Happy
