Dmac I agree with Snow you are rockin it. I am at 188 and bloated like crazy. I've had exams all week and I have one more on Monday. I'm hoping once christmas break is here I will have more time to focus on eating right and exercise. I totally am stressed out.

The rest of you ladies keep up the hard work. I'm so exhausted and want to eat everything all day. I will updated more in my journal.

Thanks snow white and mommieof2 really right now the thing that is keeping me on track is so many times failing that I'm just sic of falling off plan and feeling bad about it the next day in my head right now its ezer to just stay on plan then go off im also trying to keep in mind that difficult times seam to come in waves so they pass if you can put off the going off plan I'm trying really hard to keep this going it hasn't been extremely difficult this week hopefully that continues through the weekend because weekends can be very difficult

Way to go snow white and thank you .yesterday I fell off the wagon a little .but I didn't go off as bad as I have in the past not a full on binge. I definitely .ate to much and it was all sweats and chips but I didn't stuff myself .its stupid why I fell off witch it usually is this time I told my wife I missed her spaghetti kinda just making conversation and she said cool I'll make it tomorrow. and I started to worry how I was going to approach that and stay on the diet because she would be offended if she makes a meal for me .and I only take five bites she is not really a fan of me doing this diet. so anyway I was worrying about that .next thing I was eating right then. but I did stop myself and told myself your making two cheats out of one day. i do that allot and I would be farther along if I didn't do that. do any of you do that .sometimes it helps to just be aware
So the spaghetti is tonight not sure how im going to get out of eating a bunch of that Suspect

Dmac, when I go off plan, it's usually for the whole day. I cannot seem to cheat for one meal and get back on plan for the next meal because my stomach is stretched out for the day. Having the overnight fast and then coffee the next morning helps me get back on track for the next day that is if my resolve isn't completely blown for a few days.

Slim, I'm glad you're here!
Start by posting a starting weight and tell us what time you are eating what...sometimes your timing is just off and you can adjust it and adapt to it better. But remember, the first 3 days are rough...after that it is a lot easier.

What is hunger? Was your stomach growling? or Did you feel light-headed? Both are symptoms of fat burning. The first 3 days if you experience headaches, stomach growls, or light headedness, just remember that is pure fat being burned. Or did you just crave food b/c food is awesome and you wanted to eat? This is hard, but together we can do it! : ))))))

Slim, be sure to drink water or zero calorie beverages between your meals. This can help keep your mind off of not eating. You're doing great already! What is your goal weight?
