Newbie-Ready to Commit

Hi y'all,
I'm Jojovera and I'm excited to be apart of this community. I've had Dr. Lewis' book for years and I've attempted the diet a few times without success. I'm hoping that the support of others in the battle against the bulge will produce long term success.

@Yuki526 Thanks! I'll need it. 5BD's the toughest diet I've attempted, but the success stories are so inspiring. I hope to have one to share soon(er)-than later Wink

The good thing about this diet is there's no food eliminiation. The hardest one for me is to stay away from calorie loaded drinks Laughing

@Yuki526 My issue is that I love, love, love food (although I love smoothies as well-so I empathize with your plight). On 5BD I'll only have 2 to look forward to eating AND I'll be eating so very little. This time around I'll try to find other ways to enjoy my time, other than thinking about and gorging on food. Good luck to you on your journey, as I embark on mine!
