Thanksgiving challenge

Today is 11/1/12 Thanksgiving is 11/22/12 let's drop the most lbs we can in the next 21 days then enjoy the thanksgiving holiday I plan on posting my meals hear later today I'll post my start lbs tomorrow

Hi I'm new here and I definitely want to drop at least 10 pounds by Thanksgiving. I'll start tomorrow and report back, have already had way too much of my daughter's halloween candy today so a fresh start in the morning for me. I'll check in with a weight and will only have lunch and dinner tomorrow.

Thanks, I feel like I did great(although the first weigh in was hard to accept). I expected it to be harder but now I have an added motivation. I have to attend a Christmas party on dec 1st. So I have to lose a pound a day to reach both my goals.

Of course not.. just jump back on.. My scale is not working today.. its been up and down for a bit.., work one day then not.. so I am going to pick up a new one next week.. so No wi..

B) nothing but tea
L) 5 bites or rice and carrots
then I went mad and ate 2 cookies and a bag or tortilla chips.. k no point in ranting..down in a ball of flames.. lol Shocked
D) I am planning to eat nothing. try to make up a bit if I can.. if not .. 5 bites roasted carrots

Officially starting today, starting weight is 139.2, wanting to lose 10 pounds. Just had some tea and I'll have lunch after church, most likely geek yogurt.

look past it .. get back on plan.. you are doing so great ..a few reg days wont hurt!

Im doing the challenge but I eat more bites then you all.. I have hypoglycemia so I must eat every two hours no matter what.. can't make it without.. I am trying to stick to 15 bites a day but its more like 30.. still much lower than the diet plan the 80bites plan has.. I do not know how much I am losing but my pants are getting lose .. this is great.. Yay..

B) scarmbled egg
L) 3 bites cupcake
D) lasagna

The rodeo cheeseburgers are wonderful! I've found my perfect five bites at almost all the fast food chains from the last time I was on the diet.. lol..

I failed again today. Bites were perfect but i had some coke today Evil or Very Mad

12:30 PM - 5B sushi
5:10 PM - 4B grilled cheese, 1B white Toblerone

Drinks - water all day and a 200 ml coke.

Looks like you did pretty good to me. Just because you had a coke doesn't mean you failed.

B) 3 gulps of protien shake
L) 10 spoons lentle soup
D) 7 bites cheese and bean tortilla

apple cut into 6 wedges to eat when my sugar drops to low over the day.. under 30 bites Laughing
