Hello Everyone

I've read Why Weight Around several times, and find it very inspiring. I have 100 pounds to lose, and I'd like to lose it by Xmas because I have to visit my family then, and I want to surprise them. Also, if I can lose the weight I'll reward myself with a vacation somewhere tropical.

I have a problem in that I seem to have almost no willpower. In fact, I have the opposite of willpower. I procrastinate about everything except the things I'm not supposed to be doing, which I do compulsively.

So, if I can do the 5 Bite diet, anybody can.

This is, I think, my third attempt at the diet. The first time I lasted a couple of days. The second I went a bit longer but wound up eating 50 Snickers Bars more or less at once.

This time I've decided to participate in the Forums as maybe I'll be able to absorb some of the willpower the rest of you possess.
