Food eaten

Hi all,

I have only been on the 5 bite diet for a little while but have a question.. First I must say I do not have the book, or have not read it. I have only watched the video on youtube..

My question is.. is it true as long as you only eat 5 bites of food for lunch and 5 bites for dinner it does not matter what you eat.. you should lose weight rather fast? I know eating more protien you will stay fuller longer. But as I did not read the book I am not sure if that its the norm.. ?

Thats what the book says! He does not emphasize any type of specific food intake l, other than it being 5 bites and making sure you get your protein in.

In all diet best way to lose weight is to not mix carbohydrates and proteins and you will see result after few week and drink a lot of water about 2.7l per day
