Movement ????

Okay... I have a question... And need some words of wisdom from you veterans.
I have been on the 5bd for almost a week now. Im a little concerned about my bowel movements... Or should I say, lack there of? I generally have an issue with this, and I take stool softeners daily. But I haven't had a movement or even an urge in at three or four days!!! Is this because my intake of solid food is so little????
Anyone else have this issue when they first started??? Any suggestions...???

Hee hee.. when I first saw this post I thought it was about exercising...lol..

Ok.. some people do what atkins low carbers do.. psyllium husk .. 1 tbs in water stir and drink fast before bed, Or you can try eating 4 to 5 almonds.. they are full of fiber good pushers.. hmmm other than that honey.. its the meds.. the softners.. hmmm or more grains.. but then watch out for hunger.. eeek

I know .. I just saw them in the store.. Wow.. Yahoo for fresh fruit coming up.. I might just have to have a hanful once and a while.. Laughing

Hello Guys Movement represents changing places or roles, a people with a distributed aim or a growth or change that happens.
An example to move is when you raise your arm above your head.
An example to move is when you go from position to position and achieve different projects.
