hello day 1

hi im 5'5 and 137lbs want to get 120lbs , one big weakness i have is alchol drink at night , any suggestions Smile Sad

What kind of alcohol and how much? If your just drinking lightly I would say a glass of wine because it has some great health benefits. However if you were drinking enough to get drunk wine might not be the way to go since it does have a lot of calories. Def not beer. As far as liquor goes supposedly the clearer the better but personally I'm a fan of diet 7&7's or bourbon and diet coke. However I'm not much of a drinker and it's a good thing cause personally whenever I do drink more than a glass of wine I always end up having the worst food cravings!

Welcome! Do you have a drink every night? Maybe you can just keep your drinks until the weekend? You don't have much weight to lose so the stricter you are on this diet the faster you are gonna get to your goal and get off the diet and back to your life Smile I would say if you can't give up your nightly drink (how many is it?) that even going 5 bites for lunch and dinner you'd probably still lose but it just might take you a bit longer to get to goal. Gotta do what works for ya Smile

I usually have a drink every night, also. If you are very, very strict with the diet, it will not be a problem. I usually have a vodka w/club soda and splash of diet cranberry juice. But if I'm up really late, it does make me hungry. I try to drink it and go straight to bed.

Goal to 133

I'm back on this plan want to lose 10-11 lbs by feb 28
My 5 bite starts tomorrow will be checking my weight daily and posting
Reason so I will feel guilty if I cheated but if pound or so goes up will concentrate more on smaller bites Smile
Start weight 144

I'm back again , and I know I gained lots of weight
I refused to buy new clothes for now will weigh in tommrow and go from there. Starting my 5 bite again:)
