I waited again till late to eat, 3 bites cheeseburger on w wheat bread 2 bites steak fries 1 bite potato chips with cottage cheese 1 bite chip ahoy cookie 1 bite p butter on bread 1 bite bananna 1 bite pistachio gelato 5 20 oz. glasses of water multi vitamin chantix pill 10 hard candies I'm going to start trying to do my weigh in the same time in the AM or at least close. I had a great day very focused lots of energy positive day nite all Sleep
