FOOD JOURNAL FOR MY DIET JOURNEY

I think that keeping a journal is a good idea to see what Im eating. I have not felt hungry at all and only feel pangs of wanting to taste things. Like when I made cookies it was really hard to not taste the batter to see if it was right, so my hubby tried it for me.(He didnt mind Very Happy )

I drank lots of water all day long, but plain on switching to green tea once in awhile as well.
Breakfast-nothing
Lunch-5 bites of the inside of a chicken bacon ranch sandwhich (took multivitamin)
Dinner-3 bites chicken pasta alfredo, 2 bites peach and orange salad
