What do you guys think about those continental soup packets that you add water too?

They are super good and range from 100-150cal a pack

They curb craving and hunger but at a cost.. Yay or Nei?

I have used Herb Ox Chicken Bouillon, 5 calories a serving. It was very satisfying and killed my hunger at night before bed.

Yeah I'd say No to the 100+ calorie soup for sure but the 5 calorie one sounds great, no more calories than crystal lite Smile

I never use continental soup packets. I use home made vegetables and meat soups.
These home made soups are pure and more effective for the health. These soups provide us natural vitamins, protein, and mineral for improving our health and fitness.
