Breakfast: 2 bites pink lady apple, 3 bites fruit and nut granola bar.

Lunch: One bite strawberry soy yogurt, 2 bites sausage roll, 2 bites radishes.

Dinner: Two bites of PB& blackberry J, 3 bites of avacado and basil sandwich.

Diet Dr Pepper, tea, coffee, Perrier with lemon juice.
