137.5 lbs (146 lbs at start)

Breakfast: 5 Bites of warmed brown rice mixed with honey, butter and fresh tangerine chunks.
Lunch: 5 Bites of chewy, seedy roll sandwich with calabrese and cilantro.
Dinner: 4 Bites of homemade white beans with kale, mushrooms and garlic. 1 Bite of dark chocolate.
Jones Diet Cream Soda, Lime Perrier and Tea.

I do three meals a day rather than the constant grazing I used to do...

breakfast- coffee
lunch- skipped
dinner- 5 bites coconut chicken curry.
