I'm feeling a little better...I think I will start back all in on Wednesday. I'm thinking about going to the dr. to get a b-12 shot tomorrow.

Thanks so much Dmac & Debbie!!! I'm really going to try to beat this problem. In the book, the doctor said you can lose 30 pounds in a month if you're really focused...so I'm going see what happens with 30 days of solid commitment to myself, my health, & body image will do for me. Took Easter weekend off! Back on plan now and glad that I didn't gain back all of my loss!

You did great.. wow.. you will be under 200 again by tomorrow!!!.. I have been so off plan with stomache issues eating carb based foods so they digest easier than protien.. I am up in weight.. but not sure what.. I will WI tomorrow.. You, Dmac and I are all on our first day again.. lol.. so great!!
