Awful!!!! I've gained almost 15 pounds during my time away from the diet! : ((((((((((((((

Day 00 = (-0.0) = 00.0 lbs lost. Current Weight: 190.5, 5BD

b- coffee
l- 5 bites chicken nugget Happy Meal
d- 5 bites bbq sandwich/tater tots

We leave for our cruise on Oct. 7th and I really wanted to be at 165. I have blown it!!!! I really could have done it too if I had just stuck it out! I am so totally angry and disappointed in myself. Realistically if I'm perfect between now and then I could hope to lose 5 pounds a week...so my goal for Oct. 7th is 170 and I will have to be PERFECT to make this happen. Ugggg!!!!! Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad

Also, I've had a terrible day with headaches, dizziness, and irritability. It has been the most painful restart ever...like I'm having addiction withdrawals or something. It has been just plain terrible. But I stuck with it. Hopefully, the scale will provide me with some encouragement tomorrow morning.

Snow I'm sorry your frustrated and not feeling good but stay focused on the diet and you will feel better. And I'm sure alot of those lbs will come off fast keep fighting

My goal is to look better every year, not worse and not fatter! : ))))) I wish I had stayed the course in July and August and I would be a lot better off. Oh well! I decided to use one of my ketone strips tonight since everyone seems to be talking about ketosis....it was the the darkest purple I have ever seen even darker than when I was low carbing in the past so that's pretty exciting. So glad to have lost 5 pounds already this week. Consistency is the key and I'm going for perfection. I'm on the 22 day countdown to my cruise!!!! I want to be as light as humanly possible.

Yearbook pics went well today. I was pleased. Tomorrow is a very long day---teaching 9-4, then parent teacher conferences from 4-7. Then on Friday we have inservice and I have to be there an hour earlier than usual. So I will leave work and return to work in less than 13 hours. This has been a rough week. If I can hang in there and make it through Friday without cheating I will prove that overeating for stress is no longer a need or an option I need to turn to...

6 pounds lost since Saturday! : )))) This has to be one of my best weeks ever on this diet....so far, only one cheat with the milkshake on Sunday.
Well, I made it home and through my 10 hour work day...I'm resting now and getting through tomorrow will be the end to a pretty grueling week...oh, I'm really busy this weekend but I have faith that I can stay strong. Wow! No loss this morning! Very disappointed! : (((((((
I really wanted to binge when I got home from work today, but I didn't.
I ordered a "bento" laptop lunch container and I can't wait for it to get here. I'm hoping this will help me get more variety with my bites for lunch. If I'm not going to lose with 5 bites, I may need to start measuring out the 5 tablespoons of food again...I know my 5 bites are bigger than an actual tablespoon now for sure. I'm not posting in the challenge thread again until I am below 184.1 which was my weight on day one of the challenge. Sorry I haven't been more of a help there for everyone.

Stalls happen try not to stress it just stick to the plan and you will bust thru it but sometimes measureing is nice because then you know your good stay strong snow your doing so good
