I really don't know what I want to do...the lesser of all evils!!!

1. eat 11-4, & either exercise in the morning or after 6 (or eek both)

2. eat 11-7 (still only 2 meals), & exercise in the morning

3. eat 8-1 (exercise in the afternoon/evening)

Option 3 may be the best for me for after Christmas b/c I want to start having a smoothie in the morning. Then I could have lunch (1/2 cup) at 11 and a piece of fruit or some nuts before 1pm and be done with food for the day. When I get home I could get dinner started for my family (which I don't eat anyway b/c they aren't vegans...I'm not tempted by their food) and focus on doing some kind of exercise to finish out my day. I'm really not a morning person, so this may be the best option for me. Right now I am so tired when I get home I don't feel like exercising. But maybe the morning smoothie w/some vegan protein powder will help me sustain more energy for the day.

Mon.-Fri. I can't alter my lunch time b/c we eat at 11:05.

What do think?

I think you can do it love.. sometimes getting in breakfast can really help. I read very much on the French diet and they always eat a great breakfast, a very late lunch and only a mini dinner to stay thin.. So breakfast large.. lunch smaller , dinner mini.. so if you can not do dinner and live with it.. Wow.. I bet it will go great!

Herbgirl.. Amazing job girl.. you sure have the best plan going to for you .. I bet your kids are going mad with excitement.. yay  bounce  bounce  bounce

Happy Sunday Love.. God Bless

You are doing great!
Just give us an idea of what kind of food you are eating...do you portion off your bites? Do you fill up a plate w/food and then just quit when have had enough? Are you having different textures/tastes? A balance? Whatever you are doing is working for you long term...so, I'm just trying to drill down a little deeper and figure out what exactly you are doing to help stick with it.

Keep on going!!!  Arrow Arrow Arrow Arrow Arrow Arrow Arrow Arrow Arrow

Thanks Ellabella and SnowWhite! Ok, I will try to journal my bites! I do not portion my food usually. My bites are average of 1 Tablespoon, usually less?  I try to eat protein.

Having a specific GOAL with Stickk.com and putting 18.00 on for every goal I make   makes a HUGE difference.

I put a goal on how many bites I can take each day,
I put a goal on how much exercise I have to do,
I put 2-3 goals at once on how much I have to weigh each week!

Now..... Multiply all that times 18.00 times each week, can  you see why I have stuck with it? Its called Stickk for a reason! It has worked for me so far and I hope to use it when I get to maintenance, God Willing. I just type in the weight I don't want to get above and then if I get above that weight during the commitment time frame, I have to pay.

Stickk takes a lot of arguing with myself away. I still do it, but not near as much. I just have to accept that I cant have as many bites, or that I have to exercise ect ect, and when I make myself do it, I am so glad I did usually!

So if you don't meet one of your goals, you pay $18 per goal...if that's right I would be in trouble!
I did check it out before and there was something that I just wasn't willing to invest.
I'm glad it's working for you!!!!
You are doing soooooooooooo well!!!!!

Thanks for posting your bites!!!

Looks good...like you are eating regular kinds of food...the kinds of food you will eat during maintenance and that's great. What we are doing needs to be somewhat sustainable and you are doing great!!!

I love chips and dip....looks like you do, too!

I just ordered Gillian Riley's book, "Eating Less: Say Goodbye to Overeating." I read the first chapter online and it seemed like it could help me. I also watched the video link that you sent. Thanks for taking the trouble to do that for me.

Tonight I focused on eating a healthy meal that nourished my body without overeating.
