Hello All, I'm New!

I'm starting the 5bd today, october 5. I'm currently 60 lbs away from being considered to be at a normal weight according to my bmi.
Although I do think that this diet is going to be intense, I'm willing to try it b/c I'm sick of being obese, I'm impatient, and I love snickers bars:). I'll try to post here every week to let people know of my progress. Best of luck to you all!

welcome house!!!! A great way to stay accountable is to start a journal on the Journal page here and post daily, I know it helps me a lot. Good luck with your goals! I think you are gonna love how fast the weight comes off with this plan. Just remember the first 3-4 days are the toughest.. hunger, weakness, foggy headed... but it does clear up and you'll have renewed energy, mental clarity and just feel so much better so hang in there! it's so worth it!
