Great job! Welcome to Onederland. Keep it up, a lot of people tend to get complacent once they break into a new 100 range.

Today was the busiest day for me, Day 9 and I am still feeling good.... I don't even feel like I am on diet anymore.... Hope everyone is doing well too!

B: Warm water
L: 5 bitesx 1.5 boiled eggs
D: 5 bites tuna and mayo sandwich

Day 10 was my birthday and I thot I could do the 5 bites lol boy was I wrong

B - water
L - 5 bites cupcake
D - 5 bites fries and fish nuggets and 15 bites cake

I just hope I didn't do a lot of damage! Today is day 11;

B - water
L - 5 bites fries and fish nuggets
D - 5 bites spinach potatoe bake and lamb

Good job getting right back on the horse of day 11. If it were me I'd up water content for the next couple days, it will help you flush out any water gain that may have occurred. That being said, I'm glad you had a good birthday!

Josh I drink abt 3 litres of water a day I don't know how many ounces that is, water is the only thing I have been drinking since I started! And I was about to post a reply on your journal concerning your reply to my question abt exercise. Thank you for the reply, I do circuit training at curves 3 times a week for 30 minutes per session.

3 liters of water is 96 ounces. I don't recall which question you asked though, I'm horrible about remembering things because I've usually got so much going on at once.

The water is GOOOOOOD for not only keeping you full-feeling, but when your kidneys are working all day (peeing!), it is actually helping you lose more weight. Keep the H2o goin' in!

This is VERY true. I'll be talking about Hydration later this week in my journal. You would be SURPRISED by how much water can help.

Make sure you keep your water levels high today, until you start peeing pretty regularly (and are running clear)... keep to your bites.. and it will be a good weighin!

It is ok. Don't worry. Here is what you do.... Get back on the horse. Not tomorrow, today. For your other meal today just eat right. If you don't have another meal today, then start at your next meal. NOTHING is unfixable. Don't beat yourself up, just fix it.
