Day 1 totally Kicked my butt

I started my 5 bites 30/08/2011 lol I had forgotten how tough Day 1 can be, It all started when I could not stop at 5 bites when I was having my lunch!

Dinner was an epic fail, I beinged like I have never beinged before, I was even shocked! So I moved my Day 1 to 31/08/2011 with a starting weight of. 206.8 lbs .... For lunch I had my proper 5 bites nd dinner was also good I had 5 bites so I was able to get past Day 1 wohooo, now trying to get past Day 2 abt to have dinner so I will update tomorrow!

I am so proud of you for not giving up but trying again and succeeding!!! Every time you fall just get back up and back on plan the very next meal.. we are gonna stumble, will not do the plan 100% but we'll succeed as long as we are continuing to move forward.

yep 32 days today, it does fly by and yes it will even become a habit after awhile so hang in there! Smile

Congrats on the 32 Days Spryng... I am in South Africa so we just started Spring and everyone is in a good mood, and looking bright!

Thanks SaltyDog, this time I am committing myself to this!

Day 2 was a success wooohoo, I am so tempted to weigh myself but I won't. I promised myself I would only weigh after a week! The headache was really bad yesterday but I hope after 5 days I will be fine. DAY 3 today Very Happy

oh I remember those headaches! they do pass I promise Smile Well enjoy spring! that is my favorite season of the year! We are at the end of our summer, hoping for cooler weather Smile
Hope today goes easy for ya, you are almost past that 3 day hump, you can do it!

Day 4, and my head feels like it will explode! I am not hungry but my headaches are just too extreme, but I committed to 21 days of 2x5 bites a day and I will not give up now! Last time I did this the headaches were better by Day 8 so day 8 here I come!

Lunch-5 bites cheese andd bacon sandwich
Dinner- 5 bites chicken lasagne

I just had dinner and I feel good, been drinking water all day to fight the headaches! I have a slight headache but it isn't as bad as it was in the morning! Day 5 tomorrow and I am so tempted to weigh lol

Thank u for the support... Today is Day 5 and I woke up feeling great no headache, I'm so happy! Wednesday I weigh in can't wait! When I think about how much weight I have to lose for me to have an overweight BMI I feel like it will ttake forever because from overweight I need to move to normal!

I need to lose 80 pounds for my BMI to be at normal, but I can do it, I'm ready for the challenge! Lol Dr. Alwin's calculation says I need to lose 114 lbs, I am scared of being that skinny!

I'm with you there schnookie, he said I should be 108 lbs and that will probably be too thin for me so I figure I'll adjust as I go. My first goal is 115 then we'll see how I look then but if I look good at 125 I'll stop at 125 or 130 or 110... but I'll let my body dictate when I get there and keep up the fantastic work! so glad the headache is gone Smile

You will know when you are at a comfortable weight when you get to it. You're body will tell you. I would say take it in small stages. Work toward not having an overweight bmi then go from there. Good goin'!!! I can't wait to hear about your weigh-in!!!

Thank u saltydog, I have to move from very obese to obese then overweight and finally normal *pheeew* its a lot of hard work but I'll do it, today is Day 6 of 2x5 bites and I have a slight headache but when I got dressed this morning my dress zipped up and I didn't have to suck anything in cheers

Wednesday morning I am weighing in can't wait, my watch belt is loose and I have moved to the last hole but it keeps turning around on my wrist!

Wooop woooop Very Happy today is Day 7 of doing the 5BD without cheating, I am so elated... Tomorrow is my weigh in day, fingers crossed lol my jeans are a bit loose though around the waist. My butt and hips take forever to lose anything Mad and they are my biggest problem area. I am about to have my 5 bites for lunch veggies and fish, I have been eating junk for the most part so today I craved veggies lol this has never happened.

That is another great NSV to crave healthy options, very cool! I do that too, I've been craving fish and veggies as well, I need to go grocery shopping, LOL

Well I weighed in today, I almost cried because first of all I am now under 200 lbs, I mean I yes me am under 200 lbs..... Its the best birthday present I could have given myself... I will be 25 on Friday and guess what I am sticking to the diet even then Very Happy

SW - 206.8
CW - 195.8

I lost 11 lbs, doing the happy dance oh yeah oh yeah cheers this for me is a huge achievement, in the past I usually would lose 6lbs in a month. Today I am introducing exercise to my program... I hope url are also doing great on the diet Smile

Dmac I have been over 200 pounds since I was 17 in 2010 i tried losing weight and I did but I always stopped committing myself around 202lbs lol even the first time I tried this diet I stopped at 202lbs.... In May this year I weighed 222lbs so being under 200lbs means a lot to me Very Happy
