My 5 bite journal starting today 5/4/11

Today I started the 5 bite diet. Day 1
Lunch Mcdouble tossed the bread
dinner either pizza or snickers bar (keeping the calories the same)

I keep watching the video over and over and it does make sense. Get it over with and then maintain. Well it sounds easy, But hunger can be tough to beat. So far so good. Didn't weigh this morning well do it tomorrow just for the record.

I plan to do this for 2 weeks and see how it goes.

Just had dinner chose the pizza. Still wanted more but put it in the freezer. after about 30min felt full, but still have the urge to eat, just to eat lol I am a food junkie. Night is going to be the hardest but after a few days hopefully will pass

Well read the alot of the post and got some good info, today is day 2 and its going good. Well prob go to another forum but will come back with my stats after 2 weeks my start weight is 176.2
