Back on the 5 Bite Diet Wagon

Post  kelleep26 on Wed Mar 02, 2011 2:53 pm

I am sick of my clothes not fitting. I have increasingly gained weight in the past year and a half. I am starting today to get this chub off! I do remember the first three days being the most difficult.
Has anyone purchased the book? And if so am I missing out on anything because I don't own it??
Here's to a great beginning. cheers

Hi Kelleep,

Welcome back and best of success!!!

Dmac's absolutely right. The book seems pretty invaluable. The Doc did a lot of really good thinking while he was building the Idea. Then he obviously worked out whatever bugs were there with his patients. Now it's distilled down to a book as lean as we want to be.

Everytime I read it it I get something New. (well, that's just the way my understanding works Very Happy ) And it's the little stuff that reNew's my interest and my dedication.

Like when he explains WHY we should aim for a Body Mass Index of 18.5. The weight for me at that level is about 20 POUNDS less than I would have ever even imagined for myself. It wasn't MY goal ... BUT it is Now!! Also coming to understand the "size" of a bite, and how to eat quickly to get it out of the way and move on to the next thing in my life, seems like a way to desensitize myself to MY APPETITE which always kept me at the table or heading back to the refrigerator.

Anyway, the very best of success. If you have any questions that we can answer, we're here for you.

Peace, Marc

Get the book..use it to your advantage.

Re-read whenever you have questions. All the answers are there.

Good luck. Stay focus. Think thin! Be thin! Make it happen.

Have manageable goals.

When you "struggle", they are "LEARNING DAYS".

When you fail...ask yourself what were the issues..then RESET...

Good luck...get the book...get THIN!
