dinner I haven't had yet my wife just called me and asked if we could take her mom out to dinner for her birthday so dinner is going to be a challenge I am planning to stay on plan weekends are difficult anyway going out is difficult and akward to eat 5b

So we asked my mother in law where she wanted to go to and she said she really just wanted us to bring her home some kfc + cake and ice cream and it made it ez so
D was 1 bite cake 4 bites of a extra crispy chicken thigh
I'm really relieved that I was able to stay on plan tonight

Well I got to 175 yesterday but then last night had a moment of weakness then it turned to a binge today I'm 180 now I gotta focus on getting right back on plan because it is really ez for me to turn 1 bad day or night in to a few bad days or nights but I'm not going to do that this time I'm frustrated but focused I haven't ate yet today I'll be back later for that

I agree, wraps are the perfect 5 bites, love them and great job getting back on plan, that 5 lb gain was just water retention etc so it's not gonna stick around long, you are doing a great job Smile

Right now I'm struggling I have to spend the night out of town unexpectedly for work so they pay for a room and dinner so it seems a good time to go off the diet and have a nice dinner but I'm just sitting in the room watching TV trying to stay on plan

Thanks ladies I am looking forward to doing the 7 day challenge with all ya we are all going to do great
Spryng my goal is to get below 160 and stay below 160 so I'm getting very close. I plan on going a little below 160 for a little wiggle room .

PS. When I started the diet back up after doing insanity it was to see if my knees would feel better and they do Very Happy I plan on trying insanity again after I reach my goal see if my knees can take it better at 160 instead of 185
