I GOT A TIP FOR COMBATING HUNGER!!!!!!!

DRINK SOMETHING HOT!!!!! TEA, COFFEE OR JUST PLAIN WATER. ADD LEMON AND ZERO CALORIE SWEETENER TO MAKE IT MORE PALATABLE cheers

drinking hot stuff is something that i use as well. Especially if im feeling like im going to eat wildly. Make it really hot and make it as sweet or as creamy as u like cuz its going to be satisfying and its WAY less calories than what u were about to do.

also- cold foods. I find that if i eat warm food i eat it fast and i just munch it down and the happy food in tummy feeling makes me want to eat more- and this can have a spiral effect. If i have cold foods like yogurt or some cold melon or apples i skip on that psychological effect and i dont feel bingy.

Seriously??? I'm going to try drinking something hot next time i get hungry!
The thing is I haven't been staying on track for the past 2 days and I really want to get back on track before I gain it all back so thank you for this tip! I'll be sure to try it this dinner (hopefully stay within 5 bites)!

Something hot also works for me. I have been drinking hot chicken broth when I just need something. I found one that contains no calories. It has really helped to combat hunger and it is a non calorie dirnk. Win. Win

i was feeling so munchy just now- i made some "soup"... cravings gone.

my recipe:
hot water in bowl
1 tbsp italian seasonings ( i got mine from costco in a big container)
a sprinkling of salt to taste

0 calories! and really quite great for killing cravings, i honestly cant believe it did such a good job.

I like the "soup" idea, I will have to try that.

Mineral Water works well for me. 0 calories. It's fizzy and very filling.

Flavored Seltzer Water. 0 calories. Very tasty.

Powerade Zero. 0 calores. A 32-oz bottle has electrolytes, and is very filling.

Unsweetened Iced Tea with Lemon Juice. Very low calorie and very filling. I haven't made it at home yet, but when I've had it at restauraunts, I've really enjoyed it and found it helpful.

Freshly squezed fruit juices

What I recommend is for you to buy a juicer and every time you get hungry make your self a orange-apple juice, carrot juice, or combination of any fruits/vegetables that you like. I have started juicing about 5 years ago and my favorite is carrot juice.. Yummy!

Cinnamon zero calorie tea that tastes satisfying.

Good Earth brand has tea is naturally sweetened with cinnamon. It is rich tasting, but zero calorie. I tend to stay away from artificial sweeteners ever since the study with mice, showing how they gained weight on artificial sweeteners. Its on google scholar or Web MD. FYI: Diabetics use cinnamon sticks to help reduce appetite.

Alternative sweeteners are Just Like Sugar (zero calorie all natural). Natural Stevia (Get from health food store).

My personal opinion on these two sweeteners is that I don't like the taste of Stevia, but I do like the taste of Just Like Sugar.
