So far:

4 x bites nuts
4 x Bites lentil soup but had some bread in it

Dinner: TBA - most likely 7-8 bites Chicken/ Meat Salad (little bit low cal dressing maybe)

went apple picking - ate about 2 whole apples for lunch Smile
dinner- went way over, but it was all in grilled chicken and salad. Not the end of the world.
eh, i know i went over, but i didnt leave the table stuffed and i didnt eat any crap so i dont feel bad about it.

weight - back down to 110 but i feel like i look about 107 ish, horray! still 5 lbs to go, but its coming off as fast as when i wasnt working out. I guess its good tho, i had lots of fat on me im sure. I did a little fat % calculator thing and it said i was 19% body fat... which sounds like alot to me so i dont know how to feel. ha.
