i've been very naughty... i haven't been checking in everyday.. tsk tsk..

hmmm today...

7 x bites meat in a sandwhich

BF - unsweetened applesauce
lunch - 5 bites chili and 3 bites of kids mac and cheese
dinner- i think chicpea salad-

weighed in today, 5.2 pounds down from last Thurs. But, its the same 5 pounds I've lost and gained over the past few MONTHS, so no victory dance untill I get to 10 pounds down!

breakfast- yerba mate with milk
lunch- 5 bites of a DELICIOUS apple
snack- green tea with lemon and honey (itchy throat i think from my perfume!)
dinner- 5 bites of whatevers cooking.

Afternoon workout- TBA

im really liking this check in page, keeps me motivated to see that all u guys are still sticking to the diet and makes me feel like im not pulling my weight if i mess up!
