Weight= 112.0 No +2 since last weigh in
Morning= Yerba Mate w/ stevia and milk
Lunch= 4 bites beets + 6 bites chicken breast + 5 bites kiwis + 4 bites pear (... crap.)
Afternoon snack= black tea with agave and lemon
Dinner= 5 bites cauliflower curry

Morning workout= 330 calories,
Afternoon= 240 calories + Tennis for 1 hour

I've been MIA for awhile, been swamped at work!

lunch- bag of sour cream and onion chips (3/4 oz) 120 cals, diet coke

dinner will be 5 bites of lasagne. I will TRY to keep it 5, at least! Very Happy

Lunch: 5 bites snickers
Supper: 3 bites cookie dough, 3 bites peanut butter toast.
Will be having drinks later.
