Breakfast- Tea
Lunch- 2 bites greens + 2 bites beets + 2 bites kiwi
Dinner- 2 bites zucchini curry + 3 bites yogurt + 4 bites chicken w/rice

morning run- 400 calories, afternoon run- 240 calories
