OK so I stuck to the 8 x 2 = 16 bites today!!!

BUT i didn't have them as 2x8 i had them spasmodically... good/bad???

ALSO i felt like i had WAYYYYYYYYY to much food!

2 x bites Hummus with bread
2 x bites spinach & chicken soup
2 x bites meat balls
5 x bites KFC chicken fillet burger
4 x bites (mouthfulls??) fries
1 x bite chocolate

I'm such a spaz... I posted yeasterday on the page from the day before...so here it is
last night's dinner 8 bites of a cous cous/tomato/feta/sliced beef "salad"

today

bf- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (about 5 bites, it think)
lunch- I used the cup from the applesauce to measure some leftover salad from last night

dinner will be 5 bites of porchops and mashed potato- no veggie bites!!

last day of 8x2- which really worked out to be 6+10 which i guess is still 16..
breakfast- tea with agave
lunch- 5 bites various flavors of chicken + 1 bite veggie curry
dinner- 4 bites grilled chicken breast + 2 bites corn + 2 bites grilled potatoes + 2 bites grilled bell pepper

worked off- 330 calories in the morning + tennis + 300 calories in the PM
i went a little over in bites for dinner but i had to sample everything... and i made myself run at night after tennis too to make up for it.

Lunch was 5 bites of chicken caesar salad (mostly chicken)
Supper was 6 bites of an english muffin, egg, and cheese sandwich.

After supper I walked 40 minutes on the treadmill.
