breakfast- yerba matte with stevia and milk
lunch- 6 bites chicken breast stir fried, 1 bite beets
snack- black tea with stevia and agave
dinner- 2 bites rice, 6 bites chicken breast, 2 bites mixed veggie curry
- im going to clock in the exercise too just to make sure that i do it consistantly rather than wuss out- im going to give it to u in calories burned rather than go into run/walk/incline etc...

work out: morning- 410 burned, night- 350 burned.
weight: 111.5

supper - 4 bites baby ruth bar (2 mini bars)
