snack- green tea with stevia
dinner- 2 bites chicken breast, 2 bites stir fried potatoes, 3 bites wilted swiss chard

I'm trying to track pounds lost, rather than actual weight, for some reason it is more motivating to see those numbers! so, today is 0

0 pounds lost
5 bites apple sauce breakfast
snickers lunch
