The Long Way Down

I've been reading some of the stories here and online, and decided to give this a try. Well, almost this. I am okay with going a bit slower, so I've been paying attention to how many bites I eat in a normal day, if I eat just 'enough', use that as a starting point and then cut back a bit at a time until the scale starts to go down.

I don't know how well that will work, but if it does, it should be fairly easy to maintain longterm.

It's only been a few days, but I thought weekends would be a good time to update. I am still finding my number of bites - something easy to maintain that allows me to lose about a pound a week, I think I'll stick with that. Right now I am trying 60 bites.
