5B2F's Daily Diet & Exercise Journal

I tried this diet back in September when I was still a vegan, and it didn't work out too well for me (read: I lasted all of 2 days).
Now I am back and ready to try again without the serious diet restrictions!

SW: 161.6
GW: 125

Day 1 (4/16):
I ate 11 bites of general tso's chicken, rice, and an egg roll for an early lunch around 10:45/11. I do not plan to eat again, as I am very tired and will likely head to bed soon. I will not be working out until Day 4 as suggested by the diet, but I can't wait to get back into the weight room!

Day 2: 160.4

I totally binged last night, so I don't know how I lost weight, but I am happy with it, and I am ready to be strict from this point on!
I've decided today to try 30 bites per day for a while and work my way down as needed. I don't think I am ready for full-on 10 per day yet (hence the binge! Embarassed ).

Planned:
L: 15 bites of pineapple and raw vegetables + multivitamin and magnesium
D: 13 bites of gluten-free pasta with meat sauce; 2 bites of gluten-free brownie

I came to a similar conclusion - I am doing 60 bites a day. I figure a few more bites and no binges equals more progress in the long run. If I decide I can do less later on, I will.
