blessed2bme weightloss journal

Today im going to start recording what I eat and any exercise I may do. I started this 5bd on monday April 13, 2015. So far I have mixed feelings about it scratch . On one hand I enjoy eating whatever I want  Very Happy  But on the other hand I am so tempted to continue eating Crying or Very sad . So far day one i ate an almond snicker ( which i didnt eat in 5 bites more like 7 or 8 ) a 3 musketeer and a few spoonfulls of soup starting weight 184. Next day I had a cup of BPC
5 bites of a double meat subway club for lunch and dinner and a few spoonfulls of soup. Yesterdays weight 181.4. Today is day 3 weight 183 Sad I am going to blame it on the lack of water i had yesterday. I didn't even drink 6 cups.
Hopefully tommorow will be better

Today turned out to be not so bad. I have been intermittent fasting so i only eat between the hours of 2pm and 6pm. Today at 150 i was super hungry after eating 5 bites of subway at 2pm on the dot I am now super full.YAY my hugerstat has been reset. I still need to drink more but at least I don't feel as if I were starving anymore.

You're doing great! Very Happy The first 3 days are truly the hardest. At day 6 the last time i did this i didn't even think much about it, 5 bites for lunch, 5 bites for dinner on autopilot. Wink (that was before both school and work exploded in my face though Mad )

Day 4

Day 4 has been a mess!! I ate 20 bites and a brownie. It's that TOM ( long sigh) . I did drink more water today. I weighed in at 183.0 hopefully day 5 will be better.

day 5 and morning day 6

Day 5 starting weight 181.2 this is my birthday weekend so im not counting bites but i am being mindful about how much i eat.
Day 6 starting weight is the same Yay! I just knew i would go up in weight considering i had cake(yummy cheesecake) and alchol but i guess i didnt indulge as much as i thought i would.

day 7 and 8

Day 7 I only ate between the hours of 2pm and 6pm but i ate way too much. I had a few fries and some pizza.
Day 8 feeling motivated today so hopefully i can stay on track. I will update later.

It's so good that you're feeling motivated today, everything gets easier then. Very Happy I wouldn't worry too much about the bad day yesterday, as long as you have more good than bad days, you'll probably be ok.
