Snow White's New Journal

I am using the supercharged version of the diet.
b-coffee (with chocolate creamer, can't stand black coffee)
l- 4 bites food, 1 bite peanut butter, 3 cayenne capsules
d-4 bites food, 1 bite peanut butter, 3 cayenne capsules

I have been doing this version for 5 days and have already lost 7 pounds.
7 pounds was the most I ever lost in 7 days doing the regular 5 bite diet.
So, there is definitely something about the peanut butter and the cayenne that is helping me stay on track losing a lot and not feeling miserable. I feel fine.

I will be out of town Thurs.-Sat. and I'm going to bring the pb with me and hopefully continue on so that I can keep progressing and just get this weight loss over with once and for all....but traveling is always hard!

3/14 weight: 226.2
3/15 weight: 223.1 loss: 3.1 total loss: 3.1
3/16 weight: 222.4 loss: 0.7 total loss: 3.8
3/17 weight: 221.1 loss: 1.3 total loss: 5.1
3/18 weight: 219.4 loss: 1.7 total loss: 6.8

I believe I have over done it with the 3 cayenne caps at every meal. I need to ease into it and allow my body to adjust. I'm going to cut back to 1 cap per meal and gradually increase back up to 3.

Even with just 5 days on the supercharged 5 bite diet, this the more than I ever lost doing the reg. 5BD...the most I lost in a week was like 7 pounds. If I can keep this rate up, I will be to goal in no time...Maybe by the end of the summer or sooner would be fabulous!

I will be out of town for the next few days...will post my weight on Sunday 3/22.

Stay with it, Snowy, the results will come. I had days in the beginning when I wanted to deviate and go back to my "comfort zone" of unlimited plant based foods, and I kept saying to myself that I'd be right back where I started - with uncontrolled eating - if I did that, and saying this to myself over and over kept me going.

Like Dr. Lewis says, everything we put in our mouths that isn't  in keeping with the principles of the plan means it will take that much longer to get to our goal.

Hang in there! Summer will be here faster than you think!  What do you want to look like - who do you want to be - when summer rolls around. I love you

Hey you are back on plan.. Oh my goodness I looked for you so many times.. Its ElleBella.. Debbie I am so proud of you girl. I am on weight watchers right now down 197.7 today.. so long way to go. I would love to do the five bite again but I already paid for the ww plan for 3 months. After I have completed those 3 months I will see where I am at.

Missed you girl.. Keep up the great work!!!!

Ok Beautiful where are you? I am here and I am all about super charging you.. Get back on plan if you came off .. summer is almost here.. 5 bite burgers and hot dogs.. so doable!! I know the teacher in you just wants to lash out at my poor grammar.. come get me.. lol

Hey Debbie!!!! I miss you, too!!!!

Weight Watchers works...it's still a portion control diet just like this.
I got over a little hump that I was stuck on with my weight. Today I'm at 218.5.
I'm waiting for a stomach growl and then going to use 5 bites for portion control. So like today it's 2:00pm and my stomach has not growled yet, so I haven't eaten yet. I ate too much yesterday. If I don't eat on a small plate, I eat too much. I'm so happy about your weight. You always do so well!!!! Hopefully you will check in soon!!! Love you!!!!!
