No workout today
Breakfast black coffee multi vitamin
Lunch sticky toffee pudding and custard cut into 6 bits, left one bit so had 5 bites of it
Dinner snickers
Drank black coffee, water, green tea throughout the day

You're doing great! I have to travel at the end of this coming week. I'll need to find the nearest Whole Foods so I can do the 5-bite salad bar, and I'll pack some Larabars with me. I'm going to try making an oat-berry bar recipe this weekend to see if I can make a tasty bar that is packable. cat

I am traveling next week too! 5 bite twins!! My plan is to weigh on the day I leave, if I am at my goal I can go to a maintenance plan, if not 5 bites a bit longer, but I won't be able to weigh for 3 weeks although my husband says I can find a scale at a pharmacist

Today is day 21 so tomorrow is weigh day. If I am at my goal weight, my maintenance plan is either 7 bites 3 x per day or 10 bites 2x per day. I can't weigh for next 3 weeks so will reassess then, if I have gained I will 5 bite it off, if I have lost I will eat more!!
If I have not reached my goal, I will probably do 5 bites for 1 week more then go to maintenance, depending on how far off goal I am!!

Lunch; tuna baguette 5 bites, carrot cake 5 bites
Dinner; 2 bites meatball, 1 bite chicken, 1 bite rice; 2 bites veg, 4 bites chocolate cake
Coffee, tea, diet coke and water throughout the day

20 bites total

20 bites total, but decidedly big bites and feeling hungry with uphill walking and body flex

Lunch; ekmek ? And clotted cream x 10 bites
Dinner; egg x 2 bites; cake x 6 bites; cheese x 1 bite; chokokrem x 1 bite
= 20 bites total, but absolutely enormous bites. Thighs are expanding alongside bite size. If bites are this big, I need to have fewer of them. Will 5 bite for the next 3 days and reset the hunger stat yet again!!

Lunch; rice balls made with pudding rice, peanut butter, a little jam, honey and butter x 5 medium
Dinner; rice balls x 5 larger
Green tea, cat and water throughout the day

I am so not feeling having large mouthfuls, I will stick to the plan for tomorrow and then look forward to having a maximum of 10 smaller mouthfuls thereafter. It feels quite uncomfortable. I have learned my lesson about bite size being 1 bite!!

Urgh terrible day, least said soonest mended.
Ouch!!! Over eating after eating a small amount for a while really hurts. I do not recommend it.

Wow, I'm so proud of you, you've done so well!  Good for you on maintenance and monitoring too.  

I hit my weight goal I guess while I was gone on my trip, I'm 6# lighter than when I last weighed almost two weeks ago.

Like you, I want to be really careful and monitor from here on out. I think I'm starting (tomorrow) with 5 bites a.m., 10 bites p.m., and see how it goes. Maybe weigh every other day? I really don't want to do the daily weighing thing, but I will if I have to, just to stay in line!

My experience is that sticking to 5 bites and losing is easier than maintaining...
Did body flex 20:54
Breakfast; black coffee, multi vitamin, green tea with lemongrass
Lunch; beans and bread, diet coke
Dinner; kofte, bread, yogurt, diet coke, tulumba

I did not count bites. I think I will have to put things right when I get home. Without a scale it is hard to know how much is too much ...

I would in hindsight have time maintenance to begin at a time when I was at home, eating normal food and able to weigh. As it is I will do my best for damage limitation, enjoy my holiday without worrying about my weight and sort it out later... Unless I actually bust out of my clothes...

Hi SnowWhite, thank you for your message! I reached my goal weight in only 3 weeks! I immediately same day left for a vacation and will be very surprised if I haven't gained it all back. I can't tell yet but I will weigh when I get home and do a 5 bite till it's all off again, at least I know what to do!!
